摘 要:面对全球气候变化及能源可持续性的双重压力,各国纷纷制定碳减排和可再生能源发展的战略目标,电碳耦合市场的研究从而备受关注。从电、碳市场的最新政策出发,通过探讨国际视角的碳市场现状,总结了各类碳市场的国际实践。随后,聚焦于电碳市场的耦合关系,深入研究了电力行业碳排放情况和电力市场与碳交易市场的互动机制,分析了不同市场及多种应用场景下的协同机制。最后,提出了当前电碳耦合市场面临的挑战和关键技术,并为可持续发展提出了政策引导建议和未来展望。In response to global climate change and the urgent need for energy sustainability,governments worldwide have proposed strategic frameworks for carbon emissions reduction and renewable energy development.Consequently,the study of the electric-carbon coupling market has garnered significant attention.This study critically examines the latest policies in both the electric and carbon markets,providing a comprehensive overview of the global carbon market from an international perspective,thereby synthesizing diverse practices across various carbon markets.Subsequently,focusing on the electric-carbon coupling market mechanism,this study extensively investigates carbon emissions in the electricity sector and analyzes the interactive mechanisms between electricity and carbon trading markets.Additionally,it explores collaborative mechanisms across diverse markets and multiple application scenarios.Finally,the challenges and crucial technologies confronting the current electric-carbon coupling market are outlined,offering policy guidance and prospects for sustainable development.
