摘 要:体育传统特色学校是学校体育的重要组成部分,其高质量发展正面临着挑战。该研究基于马克思“真理尺度与价值尺度”理论,剖析体育传统特色学校的价值内涵与现实困囿,提出了推进体育传统特色学校高质量发展的治理思路及纾解路径。研究认为:(1)强的教育和对的教育是体育传统特色学校高质量发展的真理尺度与价值尺度,有特色的教育是真理尺度与价值尺度辩证统一的切入点;(2)体育传统特色学校高质量发展价值尺度的困囿集中在制度困境方面,即双轨制的目标缺乏引领性和结构缺乏自洽性,真理尺度的困囿主要有比例困境和实践困境;(3)基于强制性同构、规范性同构和模仿性同构三种制度同构机制,构建了体育传统特色学校“四维六翼”高质量发展思路,即治理价值协同、治理主体多元、治理关系明确、治理机制丰富的“四维”治理框架,以及汇聚发展合力、夯实上层建筑、明确治理主体、打通堵点、消除基层制约以及消除痛点的“六翼”纾解路径。Sports traditional characteristic school is an important part of school sports,and its high-quality development is facing challenges.Based on Marx′s theory of"truth scale and value scale",this study analyzes the value connotation and reality dilemma of sports traditional characteristic schools,and puts forward the governance ideas and relief paths to promote the high-quality development of sports traditional characteristic schools.The research shows that:(1)Strong education and correct education are the truth measure and value measure for the high-quality development of traditional sports characteristic schools,and the characteristic education is the entry point of the dialectical unity of truth scale and value scale;(2)The dilemma of the value scale of high-quality development of traditional sports characteristic schools is concentrated in the institutional dilemma,that is,the goal of the dual-track system lacks guidance and the structure lacks self-consistency,and the dilemma of the truth scale mainly includes proportional dilemma and practical dilemma;(3)Based on the three institutional isomorphism mechanisms of mandatory isomorphism,normative isomorphism and imitative isomorphism,the idea of"four dimensions and six wings"high-quality development of sports traditional characteristic schools has been constructed,that is,the"four-dimensional"governance framework of governance value coordination,multiple governance subjects,clear governance relations,and rich governance mechanisms,as well as the"six wings"relief path of gathering development forces,consolidating superstructure,clearing governance subjects,opening up blocking points,eliminating grassroots constraints and eliminating pain points.
