摘 要:随着人工智能(AI)技术的迅猛发展,其在医疗领域也得到了日益广泛的应用,特别是在提高骨科手术精度与效率方面展现出巨大潜力。本研究查阅AI辅助骨科手术的相关文献并结合临床实际应用,旨在探讨AI技术在医疗活动中的综合运用及其在骨科手术进步中的推动作用。通过对AI辅助手术系统的关键技术进行剖析,揭示AI技术在术前规划、术中导航、术后评估等环节的贡献。结合具有代表性的国内外案例,评价AI在提升手术成功率、减少医疗错误等方面的成效,突出其在临床骨科手术中的应用价值,明确AI与骨科领域的深度融合与创新发展。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,its application in the medical field is becoming in creasingly widespread,particularly demonstrating great potential in enhancing the precision and efficiency of orthopedic surgeries.This paper reviewed relevant literatures on AI assisted orthopedic surgery and combined it with clinical applications,aiming to explore the comprehensive application of AI technology in medical activities and its role in promoting the progress of orthopedic surgery.By analyzing the key technologies of AI assisted surgical systems,the contribution of AI technology in preoperative planning,intraoperative navigation,postoperative evaluation,and other aspects was revealed.Combining the representative domestic and foreign cases,this paper evaluated the effectiveness of AI in improving the success rate of surgery and reducing medical errors,highlighted its application value in clinical orthopedic surgery,and clarified the deep integration and innovative development of AI and orthopedic field.
