雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸联合支气管镜治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果分析

摘  要:目的分析雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸联合支气管镜治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取2021年8月至2024年8月我院收治的74例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为两组各37例。对照组采用支气管镜治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸治疗。对比两组的疗效、临床症状消失时间、住院时间、呼吸功能、血气指标、炎性因子水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的发热消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、气促消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的潮气量、MMEF、PEF以及PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)水平均明显高于对照组,PaCO_(2)、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸联合支气管镜治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果显著,能够有效促进患儿症状消退,改善其呼吸功能及血气指标,减轻炎性症状。Objective To analyze the effect of nebulized inhalation of acetylcysteine combined with bronchoscopy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 74 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bronchoscopy,while the observation group was treated with nebulized inhalation of acetylcysteine on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time,respiratory function,blood gas indicators,and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,lung rales,cough and dyspnea,and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tidal volume,MMEF,PEF,and levels of PaO_(2) and SpO,in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and PaCO_(2),CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nebulized inhalation of acetylcysteine com bined with bron choscopy in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has significant clinical effect,which can effectively promote the resolution of symptoms,improve respiratory function and blood gas indicators,and alleviate inflammatory symptoms of children.
