经鼻高流量湿化氧疗联合布地格福气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻高流量氧疗联合布地格福气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月我院收治的70例AECOPD患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组。对照组在常规治疗基础上予以经鼻高流量湿化氧疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以布地格福气雾剂吸入治疗。比较两组的呼吸功能、呼吸循环指标、肺功能以及不良反应。结果治疗7d后,观察组的mMRC评分、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3d、7d后,观察组的RR低于对照组,SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经鼻高流量氧疗联合布地格福气雾剂能够明显缓解AECOPD患者的临床症状,改善其呼吸循环指标,提升其肺功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy combined with Budigefu aerosol in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 70 patients with AECOPD admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group received nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,and the ob servation group was treated with Budigefu aerosol for inhalation on the basis of the control group.The respiratory function,respiratory circulatory indicators,lung function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the mMRC score,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 days of treatment,RR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and SpO_(2),PaO_(2)and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy combined with Budigefu aerosol can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of AECOPD patients,improve their respiratory circulatory indicators,and improve their lung function.
