摘　　要：目的:通过对国内儿童龋病护理相关文献进行可视化分析,探讨该领域近10年的护理研究发展状况、热点及趋势,为我国今后的临床护理工作及研究提供借鉴。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中2012年1月1日至2022年12月31日所收录的儿童龋病护理研究的相关文献。使用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件对相关文献的作者、机构进行合作分析,对关键词进行共现网络和突现分析。结果:共检索出符合标准的1011篇文献,儿童龋病的护理研究发文量呈上升趋势,2021年发文量达到高峰。发文量最多的作者为叶春,发文机构最多的是西南医科大学附属口腔医院。研究热点聚焦在护理干预、综合护理、预防与心理护理等。研究前沿为预防措施及健康指导。结论:近10年来,国内儿童龋病护理研究引起广泛重视,相关文献日益增多,但作者与机构之间缺乏合作,发文机构地区分布应更加均衡。为进一步促进我国儿童龋病护理研究的发展,今后应加强各机构和地区之间的交流合作,提高我国儿童龋病护理研究的水平。Objective:To explore the development status,hotspots and trends of nursing research in this field in the past 10 years through visual analysis of domestic literature related to dental caries nursing,so as to provide reference for future clinical nursing work and research in China.Methods:Literature on caries care in children collected from CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database and Chinese Biomedical Literature database from January 1,2012 to December 31,2022 were searched.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 Software was used to conduct cooperative analysis of authors and institutions of relevant literatures,and co-occurrence network and emergence analysis of keywords were carried out.Results:A total of 1011 literatures meeting the criteria were retrieved.The number of publications on nursing care of children with caries showed an increasing trend and reached a peak in 2021.The author with the largest number of publications is Ye Chun,and the institution with the largest number of publications is the Stomatology Hospital Affiliated to Southwest Medical University.The research focus on nursing intervention,comprehensive nursing prevention and psychological nursing research frontier for preventive measures and health guidance.Conclusions:In recent 10 years,the research on caries nursing in children in China has attracted extensive attention,and the related literature is increasing.However,there is a lack of cooperation between authors and institutions,and the regional distribution of institutions should be more balanced.In order to further promote the development of caries nursing research for children in China,it is necessary to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between institutions and regions in the future to improve the level of caries nursing research for children in China.
