摘　　要：跌倒对老年人的生命和健康构成了严重威胁,是精神障碍患者在老龄化进程中必须面临的挑战。对跌倒的评估、干预以及预防管理构筑了精神科全方位、立体化跌倒防控体系。本综述围绕上述三个方面,对老年住院精神障碍患者跌倒预防现状进行了系统阐述,旨在为后续的科研工作和临床实践提供借鉴和参考。Falling poses a serious threat to the life and health of the elderly and is a challenge that patients with mental disorders must accept in the aging process.The assessment,intervention and prevention management of falls have built a comprehensive and three-dimensional fall prevention and control system in psychiatry.Centering on the above three aspects,this review systematically expounds the current situation of fall prevention in elderly hospitalized patients with mental disorders,aiming at providing reference for subsequent scientific research and clinical practice.
