摘　　要：喂养不耐受(FI)常见于先天性心脏患儿围术期的营养支持中。本文通过系统检索先天性心脏病患儿(FI)相关文献,对FI的定义、相关因素、预防、监测与评估、干预措施等进行综述,旨在减少临床FI的发生,提高营养支持效果。Feeding intolerance(FI)is common in perioperative nutritional support for children with congenital heart disease.This article systematically searched the literature related to FI in children with congenital heart disease,and reviewed the definition,related factors,monitoring and assessment,and interventions of FI,aiming to reduce the occurrence of FI and improve the effect of nutritional support.
