摘 要:有机金属化合物是有机合成的重要试剂,其应用遍布各个领域。作为无机化学与有机化学的交叉学科,金属有机化学在其诞生之后的百余年时间中获得了迅猛的发展。从有机锌化合物到有机镁、有机锂,再到有机铝和过渡金属有机化合物,研究者通过传承和探索,不断取得新的进展,相关研究数次获得诺贝尔奖。梳理有机金属化合物的发展脉络,温习其中的改进和创新对今后的研究不无启示。Organometallic compounds are important reagents in organic synthesis.As an interdisciplinary field between inorganic chemistry and organic chemistry,metal organic chemistry has experienced rapid development over the past century since its inception.From organozinc to organomagnesium,organolithium,and then to organoaluminium and transition metal organic compounds,researchers have continuously made new progress through inheritance and exploration.Related research has won several Nobel Prizes,and the application of organometallic compounds is widespread in various fields.
