摘 要:目的 探究松黄和黄芩及其配伍对急性肝损伤小鼠的治疗效果及止血作用。方法 随机将小鼠平均分为6组:对照组,松黄组,黄芩组,松黄和黄芩1∶1配比低、中、高剂量实验(低、中、高剂量)组。对照组给予生理盐水,松黄组和黄芩组分别给予1.5 g/kg浓度的对应提取液,低、中、高剂量组分别给予1.5、4.5、7.5 g/kg的对应浓度提液,连续灌胃21 d。末次给药1 h后分别制作四氯化碳(CCl_(4))与酒精的急性肝损伤小鼠模型。禁食不禁水12 h,眼球取血检测肝功能指标,游离出肝脏称重计算肝重系数。另取健康小鼠通过断尾止血、股动脉止血与肝脏止血时间测定研究松黄和黄芩及其配伍的外伤止血作用。结果 与对照组比较,其他各组均表现出明显良好的保肝止血作用(P<0.05)。与松黄组和黄芩组相比,配伍组改善肝功能与止血效果显著提升(P<0.05)。结论 松黄和黄芩及其配伍具有良好的保肝止血作用,其疗效随浓度提升而进一步加强。在改善肝功能与止血时间上松黄和黄芩体现出良好的协同作用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and hemostatic effect of Pine pollen and scutellaria baicalensis and their combination on acute liver injury in mice.Methods The mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: the control group, Pine pollen group, Scutellaria baicalensis group, and the Pine pollen and Scutellaria baicalensis 1∶1 ratio low, medium and high dose experimental(low, medium and high dose) groups. The control group was given physiological saline, the Pine pollen group and the Scutellaria baicalensis group were given 1.5 g/kg corresponding extracts, and low, medium and high dose groups were given 1.5, 4.5, 7.5 g/kg corresponding extracts, rats were given by intragastric administration for 21 d. 1 h after the last administration, mice models of acute liver injury of carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4)) and alcohol were established. After fasting without water for 12 h, blood which taken from the eyeballs was to test liver function indexes, and the free liver was weighed to calculate the liver weight coefficient. In addition, healthy mice were taken to study the traumatic hemostas effect of Pine pollen and Scutellaria baicalensis and their compatibility by measuring the time of hemostasis by tail docking, femoral artery hemostasis and liver hemostasis.Results Compared with the control group, Pine pollen group and Scutellaria baicalensis group showed good hepatoprotective and hemostatic effects(P<0.05). Compared with Pine pollen group and Scutellaria baicalensis group, liver function and hemostatic effect were significantly improved by compatibility group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pine pollen, Scutellaria baicalensis and their compatibility have a good hepatoprotective and hemostatic effects, and their effects are further strengthened with the increase of concentration. Pine pollen and Scutellaria baicalensis show a good synergistic effect on improving liver function and hemostasis time.
