摘　　要：生物医药产业是关系国计民生和国家安全的战略性新兴产业,对推动产业结构转型、提升公共健康水平具有重要意义。因具有资金密集型和技术密集型特征,在其技术创新、产业升级和市场拓展过程中,离不开资本的大力支持。然而,在资本市场的不确定性、逐利性及行业竞争同质化等问题的影响下,资本对生物医药产业的有效支持受到严重制约。本文探讨了资本支持生物医药产业发展面临的主要挑战,提出了加大研发投入、优化资本结构、改善政策环境等策略。通过完善资本支持机制和加强政策引导,有望促进科技成果有效转化,推动产业结构优化升级,进一步提升行业的国际竞争力。The biomedical industry is a strategic emerging industry vital to national welfare,people's livelihood,and national security,playing a significant role in promoting industrial structure transformation and enhancing public health standards.Characterized by capital-intensive and technology-intensive features,its technological innovation,industrial upgrading,and market expansion require substantial capital support.However,effective capital support for the biomedical industry faces severe constraints due to capital market uncertainties,profit-driven motives,and homogeneous industry competition.This paper examines the main challenges in capital support for biomedical industry development,proposing strategies including increased R&D investment,optimized capital structures,and improved policy environments.By refining capital support mechanisms and strengthening policy guidance,we can facilitate effective transformation of scientific and technological achievements,promote optimization and upgrading of industrial structures,and further enhance the industry's international competitiveness.
