摘 要:作为科技服务业的重要组成部分,检验检测技术创新发展对历史建筑保护修缮,延续其文化美学价值和保障其商业经济价值意义重大。通过在分析历史建筑基础性工程及技术实践的基础上,本文总结分析了传统技术升级、数智化技术应用和绿色低碳技术推广对历史保护建筑检测及维护的影响。研究认为,历史保护建筑工程目前面临技术的适用性、先进技术应用的经济性以及高级专业人才的匮乏性三大挑战,提出加强相关技术研发、优化融资来源与使用方式、培育专业化技术人才三项对策建议,为科技支撑引领历史保护建筑工程高质量发展提供参考。As an important component of the scientific and technological service industry,the innovative development of inspection and testing technology is of great significance for the protection and restoration of historical buildings,as it helps to continue their cultural and aesthetic value and ensures their commercial and economic value.Through analyzing the basic engineering and technical practices of historical buildings,this study summarizes and analyzes the impact of the upgrading of traditional technologies,the application of digital and intelligent technologies,and the promotion of green and low-carbon technologies on the detection and maintenance of historical buildings.The research suggests that the current challenges faced by historical building protection projects include the applicability of technology,the economic viability of advanced technology applications,and the scarcity of talent.It proposes three countermeasures and recommendations:strengthening related technology research and development,optimizing financing sources and usage methods,and cultivating professional technical talents.These suggestions aim to provide a reference for the high-quality development of historical building protection projects supported by scientific and technological innovation.
