摘 要:为满足经济社会对工程科技人才的需求,采用文献研究、案例分析等方法,结合重庆大学资源安全类专业人才培养现状,提出工程案例引导→科研实训协同→工程前沿导向→校企资源共建的“四位一体”理论与专业实践互动式教学框架,构建“科教+产教”双融合的资源安全类专业多学科交叉创新型人才培养模式。实践结果表明:该模式应用效果显著,学生满意度高,并形成一系列的教学改革成果、理论与实践资源创新平台,逐渐在专业及学科建设、科教与产教融合、产学研用一体化培养等方面形成优势。研究结果为资源安全类专业产学研用一体化区域联动教育创新示范提供理论支持。In order to meet the economic society demand for engineering science and technology talents,by using literature research,case analysis and other methods,combined with the current situation of the specialty talent cultivation of resources safety related majors in Chongqing University,an interactive teaching framework of four-in-one theory and professional practice is proposed,which includes engineering case guidance,scientific research and training collaboration,engineering frontier orientation,and university-enterprise resource co-construction.Furthermore,a multidisciplinary cross innovation talent cultivation model for resources safety related major with the integration of“science and education+production and education”is constructed.The practical results show that this model has significant application effect and high student satisfaction,and has formed a series of teaching reform achievement,theoretical and practical resource innovation platform,and gradually formed advantages in the construction of majors and disciplines,the integration of science and education with industry and education,and the integration of industry,university,research and application training.The research results provide theoretical support for the innovation demonstration of regional linkage education in the integration of industry,university,research and application for resource security majors.
