摘 要:对于光子的单势垒量子隧穿效应,传统中是将波导内或全内反射下电磁波的亥姆霍兹方程与实物粒子穿过单势垒时的定态方程进行形式类比,直接给出光子的量子隧穿概率公式,没有结合电磁场自身的物理特征,该结果既不严格也不完整.更为重要的是,到目前为止,关于导波光子的多势垒量子隧穿效应,尤其是其中的量子共振隧穿效应,尚未得到系统研究.本文结合电磁场自身的物理特征,为光子的单势垒量子隧穿建立一个严格理论,获得了一些新的结果.同时还研究了导波光子穿过多势垒时的量子隧穿行为,给出了此时的光子隧穿概率公式,着重研究了光子的量子共振隧穿效应及其物理特性,初步探讨光子的共振隧穿效应在光控制光技术中的应用.Traditionally,the single-barrier photonic quantum tunneling has been studied via a formal analogy between the Helmholtz equation of electromagnetic waves in a waveguide or total internal reflection and the stationary Schr dinger equation of a massive particle in a single barrier,from which the tunneling probability of photons is directly obtained without taking into account the physics of the electromagnetic field itself,such that it is neither strict nor complete.More importantly,so far,the quantum resonance tunneling effect of photons passing through a multi-barrier has not been systematically studied.In this paper,starting from the physics of the electromagnetic field itself,a strictly theoretical model for photonic quantum tunneling through a single barrier is established,and some new results are obtained.Further,the quantum tunneling of guided photons through a multi-barrier is studied,where the analytical expression of photonic tunneling probability is obtained,based on which the quantum resonance tunneling effect of photons and its physical characteristics are studied.A preliminary study of controlling light with light based on the photonic resonanct tunneling is presented.
