摘 要:作为同属于师范生、但无法享受公费师范政策优惠的非公费师范生,在人数扩大的同时,诉求也逐渐强烈,但其诉求尚未被完全揭示.研究表明,非公费师范生学业成就显著优于公费师范生,学业动机主要来自于内生动机,学业压力主要来自于课程竞争,学业规划受到内外两方面影响.在分析原因的基础上,本文从学生层面、管理层面、政策层面提出了相应的建议.Students as non-government-funded pedagogical students are subordinate to pedagogical students while they shallnot enjoy privileges belonging to government-funded ones. As a result, their appeals which should have been paidattention to are now becoming stronger with the population increasing. The conclusion shows that the nongovernment-funded pedagogical students’ academic performance is significantly greater than government-fundedones. Their academic motivation mainly arouses from inner motivation. Their academic stress mainly arouses fromcompetition in curricula. Their academic planning is influenced by both inner and outer factors. Suggestionsconcerning students, administrators, and policy are put forward based on the analysis of causes.
