摘 要:针对传统多单元有源开关网络变换器输入电流纹波大和输入输出不共地问题,提出了一种高增益DC-DC变换器。该变换器采用多单元混合升压网络,在传统变换器的基础上加入零纹波结构,进行了输入输出共地结构改造,实现了更高的电压增益和更低的输入电流纹波;同时,还对电感磁芯损耗和开关管开关损耗进行建模。实验结果表明,在相同参数条件下,相比于传统多单元变换器,所提变换器大幅提升了电压增益、小幅降低了归一化功率管电压应力,且损耗模型具有良好的精确性。该变换器适用于高电压等级的应用场景。A type of high gain DC-DC converter is proposed to address the issues of large input current ripple and incoherent input and output ground in traditional multi-unit active switching network converters.The converter adopts a multi-unit hybrid boost network,adds a zero ripple structure on the basis of the traditional converter,and modifies the input-output common ground structure to achieve higher voltage gain and lower input current ripple.In addition,emphasis is placed on analyzing and modeling the losses of the inductor core and the switch tube switch.The experimental results show that under the same parameter conditions,the proposed converter significantly improves voltage gain,slightly reduces normalized power transistor voltage stress,and the loss model has good accuracy compared to traditional multi-unit converters.The above advantages make it suitable for high voltage level application scenarios,and the analysis and modeling methods of converters and their losses have certain teaching and practical value.
