摘  要:为了让学生深入了解机械制造技术基础、现代加工技术等课程,基于二维正交切削理论,建立了切屑观测及切削应变测试实验平台。利用高速相机拍摄切屑形成过程,并利用零件表面加工前后的随机散斑分布图计算加工过程中的应变;由测力仪获取切削过程中的切削力数据,并分析其变化规律;开展实验平台应用,得到了可靠的实验数据。该实验平台具有适用性强、安全性高等优点,为学生直接观测切削物理现象、研究切削过程应力应变等提供了软硬件支持。In order to provide students an in-depth understanding of the basic mechanical manufacturing technology,modern machining technology and other courses,based on the two-dimensional orthogonal cutting theory,a chip observation and cutting strain testing experimental platform was established.A high frame rate camera is used to shoot the chip formation process,and parts surface is used before and after the processing of the random scatter distribution map to calculate the strain in the processing process.By the force meter we obtain the cutting force data in the cutting process,and use them to analyze the change rule;we carry out the application of the experimental platform,and get the reliable experimental data.This experimental platform has the advantages of strong applicability,high security,etc.,which provides hardware and software support for college students to directly observe the physical phenomenon of cutting and study the stress and strain in the cutting process.
