摘 要:为了解决通信机柜传统空调能耗过高、温控效果差等问题,开发了一种通信机柜用空调热管一体化设备(IEHA)。通过实验探究不同运行参数对设备性能的影响,并提出优化方案。结果表明,在室内外温度分别为35、15℃时,优化热管冷凝端和蒸发端风机转速,制冷量可分别提高20.43%和18.10%;在室内外温度均为35℃时,优化冷凝、蒸发风机转速和压缩机转速,制冷量可分别提高1.33%、12.68%和25.80%。与通信机柜传统空调相比,IEHA的全年节能率达65.17%,比未优化时提高了5.17%;机柜内热负荷分别为1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 kW时,IEHA的自然冷源利用率分别为62.74%、44.86%、28.56%、23.90%。To solve the outstanding problems of high energy consumption and poor temperature control effect of traditional communication cabinets,an integrated equipment of heat pipe and air conditioner(IEHA)for communication cabinets is developed.The effects of different operating parameters on the performance of the equipment are explored through experiments,and the optimization scheme is put forward.The results show that,when the indoor and outdoor temperatures are 35℃ and 15℃ respectively,optimizing the fan speeds at the condensing and evaporating ends of the heat pipe can increase the cooling capacity by 20.43%and 18.10%.At both indoor and outdoor temperatures of 35℃,optimizing the condensing and evaporating fan speeds and compressor speed increases the cooling capacity by 1.33%,12.68%and 25.80%.Compared to traditional air conditioner(TAC)for communication cabinets,IEHA achieves an annual energy saving of 65.17%,which is 5.17%higher than when it is not optimized.When the heat load in the cabinet is 1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0 kW,the utilization rate of IEHA’s natural cold source is 62.74%,44.86%,28.56%,23.90%,respectively.
