摘 要:以“天然染料黄连素染色日晒牢度问题”为例,通过进阶式问题设置,引导学生团队协作、共拟实验方案。融合天然产物提取、化学结构改造和染色性能测试等实验内容为一体,助力学生实现跨学科知识的整合与应用,促进其知识迁移能力的提升。改性后的黄连素日晒牢度显著提高,实现了“结构”与“性质应用”的高度统一。教学过程中引入“线上线下混合”的教学模式,实现师生及学生之间的多维互动。经过多轮课程教学实践证明,化学实验项目式教学的改革,不仅加强了学生对理论知识的理解与吸收,还促进了学生团队合作精神,科研思维等综合素质的提升。Guided by the issue of sun fastness in dyeing with natural dye berberine,advanced question setting is used to guide student teams to collaborate and jointly develop experimental plans.We integrate experimental contents such as natural product extraction,chemical structure modification,and stain performance testing to help students achieve interdisciplinary knowledge integration and application.At the same time,it promotes the improvement of their knowledge transfer ability.The sun fastness of modified berberine is significantly improved to achieve a high degree of unity between“structure”and“property application”.The“blended online and offline”teaching mode achieves multidimensional interaction between teachers and students.After multiple rounds of course practice,it proves that the reform of project-based teaching in chemistry experiments not only enhances students’understanding and absorption of theoretical knowledge,but also promotes the improvement of their comprehensive abilities such as teamwork and scientific thinking.
