摘　　要：氧化铝陶瓷部件是一种高性能陶瓷材料部件,因其高硬度、高机械强度、超耐磨性、耐高温、电阻率大、电绝缘性能好等优异性能,在半导体领域得以广泛应用。随着半导体产业不断发展,氧化铝陶瓷部件在产业链中的重要性更加凸显。本文介绍了氧化铝陶瓷部件在半导体领域的应用及全球市场的主要情况,分析了半导体领域氧化铝陶瓷部件应用的未来发展趋势。Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic components,a type of high-performance ceramic material parts,which are widely used in the semiconductor field due to the high hardness,high mechanical strength,super wear resistance,high temperature resistance,large electrical resistivity,and good electrical insulation properties.With the continuous development of the semiconductor industry,the importance of Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic components in the industry chain is more prominent.The paper describes the application of Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic components in the semiconductor field,and introduces the overall situation of the global market,and analyzes the future development trend of Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic components in the semiconductor field.
