摘　　要：随着现代科技的飞速发展,集成电路在各个领域发挥着不可替代的作用。集成电路检验对于确保产品质量、可靠性和性能至关重要。本文聚焦于质量检验工程师(以下简称“工程师”)这一角色,深入探讨如何在该领域有效地履行工程师的职能。对检验项目的不同检验性质、检验方法、封装形式进行分析,阐述工程师在检验职能、检验技术、质量保障以及风险预防等多方面应采取的策略和具备的能力,确保集成电路检验项目的高质量完成。With the rapid development of modern science and technology,integrated circuits play an irreplaceable role in various fields.Integrated circuit inspection is crucial to ensure product quality,reliability and performance.This article focuses on the role of the quality inspection engineer(hereinafter referred to as"engineer")and explores in depth how to effectively perform the functions of an engineer in this field.Different inspection properties,inspection methods and packaging forms of inspection items are analyzed,and the strategies and capabilities that engineers should take in inspection functions,inspection techniques,quality assurance and risk prevention are expounded to ensure the high quality completion of integrated circuit inspection items.
