摘  要:在当前水资源日益紧缺的背景下,反渗透膜技术因其节能高效成为重要的水处理手段。典型的反渗透膜具有三层聚合物复合结构,由于聚合物是典型的粘弹性材料,随着应用压力的增加,膜的压实效应成为限制其性能的重要因素。膜的压实形变导致膜通量衰减,能耗升高,甚至导致膜失效。本文综述了关于反渗透膜出现压实效应的主要观点,包括支撑层、分离层和两者界面的变形,以更深入地理解反渗透膜在高压条件下的结构和性能特点。同时系统性的梳理了提高膜耐压性的方法,通过探讨可能的发展趋势,展望了耐压反渗透膜的未来发展。A typical reverse osmosis membrane has a three-layer polymer composite structure.because the polymer is a typical viscoelastic material,compaction phenomenon will occur during high pressure operation,resulting in reduced flux of the membrane,increased energy consumption,and even membrane failure.In order to understand the structure and properties of reverse osmosis membranes under high pressure conditions,the main viewpoints on the pressure effect of reverse osmosis membranes are reviewed,including the support layer,the separation layer and the deformation of the interface.At the same time,the methods to improve the pressure resistance of the membrane were systematically reviewed,and the future development of the membrane was prospected by discussing the possible development trend.
