摘  要:相转化多孔膜材料具有孔洞多、比表面积大等特性,除了被用作分离膜外,还可充当含油废水处理的载体材料,表现出多用途性。本研究提出将金属硫化物Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)纳米粒子共混于聚醚砜(PES)树脂组成铸膜液,经相转化法制备亲水性良好的PES多孔膜。分析Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)纳米粒子的基本性能,研究Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)纳米粒子共混对Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES膜孔结构和油水分离效能的影响,并基于Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)纳米粒子的光芬顿特性探究了Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES膜的通量恢复性能及Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES膜对亚甲基蓝染料(MB)染料的降解性能。结果表明:Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES膜相比于纯PES膜水接触角由80.31°降低到56.52°;渗透通量提高48.2%,达到321.63 L/(m2·h);油水分离率高达97%。经光芬顿处理的Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES膜通量恢复率高达93%。此外,Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES膜对MB的降解效率可在9 min内达到99%。该研究为多功能PES膜的制备提供了一种新思路。Phase inversion porous membrane materials,characterized by many pores and large specific surface area,exhibit versatility by acting as carrier materials for oily wastewater treatment in addition to being used as separation membranes.In this study,the metal sulfide Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4) nanoparticles were blended with polyethersulfone(PES)resin to form a casting solution,and the hydrophilic PES porous membranes were prepared by the phase transition method.The basic properties of Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4) nanoparticles were analyzed,and the effects of Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4) nanoparticle blending on the pore structure and oil-water separation efficiency of Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES membranes were investigated.The flux recovery performance of Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES membranes and the degradation performance of Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES membranes against methylene blue dye(MB)were explored based on the photo-Fenton properties of Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4) nanoparticles.The results showed that the water contact angle of the Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES membrane was reduced from 80.31°to 56.52°compared with that of the pure PES membrane;the permeate flux was increased by 48.2%to 321.63 L/(m2·h);and the oil-water separation rate was as high as 97%.The flux recovery of the Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES membrane treated with photofenton was as high as 93%.In addition,the degradation efficiency of MB by Cu_(2)FeSnS_(4)/PES membrane could reach 99%within 9 min.This study provides a new idea for the preparation of multifunctional PES membranes.
