摘 要:针对新能电池厂生产锂电池负极材料过程中污染的反渗透膜并进行了清洗效果的研究。通过对污垢层进行分析,发现废弃膜表面主要污染物为石墨、有机溶剂残留物和无机盐。选择化学清洗剂次氯酸钠(NaClO)、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和柠檬酸,分别代表碱性溶液、金属螯合剂、表面活性剂和酸性溶液,来对废弃膜进行组合清洗。结果显示,使用NaClO作为前置清洗剂在所有的清洗组合中获得最高的清洗效率,以NaClO作为前置清洗剂,EDTA-2Na作为后置清洗剂结合超声的清洗效果最好,纯水通量上升203%,清洗后的膜中各种元素的含量和表面形貌基本接近新膜,污垢得到了有效的去除。还对不同顺序组合清洗的机理进行了分析,为废弃反渗透膜的化学清洗设计提供了理论基础。This study investigates the cleaning effectiveness of reverse osmosis membranes contaminated during the production of lithium-ion battery anode materials in a new energy battery factory.Through the analysis of the fouling layer,it was found that the main pollutants on the surface of the discarded membranes were graphite,residues of organic solvents,and inorganic salts.Chemical cleaning agents,namely sodium hypochlorite(NaClO),ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt(EDTA-2Na),sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),and citric acid,representing alkaline solution,metal chelating agent,surfactant,and acidic solution,respectively,were selected for combined cleaning of the discarded membranes.The results indicate that using NaClO as a pre-cleaning agent achieves the highest cleaning efficiency among all cleaning combinations.When NaClO is used as a pre-cleaning agent and EDTA-2Na as a post-cleaning agent with ultrasound assistance,the best cleaning effect is achieved,with a 203%increase in pure water flux.The content of various elements and surface morphology of the membrane after cleaning are close to those of a new membrane,and effective rem oval of fouling is achieved.This study also analyzes the mechanisms of different sequential combinations of cleaning,providing a theoretical basis for the design of chemical cleaning of discarded reverse osmosis membranes.
