光沉积法制备Ag/ZnO催化剂及其对苯酚的光催化性能研究

摘  要:由于苯酚及其衍生物经常通过废水排放到环境中,并可能造成不可预测的环境危害和风险,因此光催化去除苯酚及其衍生物已经受到广泛关注。首先通过简单水热法合成多孔ZnO纳米片,然后通过光沉积还原法制备Ag/ZnO催化剂,以苯酚光催化降解为探针反应研究Ag/ZnO的光催化性能,并探究了不同Ag负载量对光催化活性影响。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、BET和UV-vis等仪器对样品进行微观结构和光催化性能表征。结果表明,ZnO纳米片具有六方纤锌矿、高结晶性和高孔隙结构,Ag纳米颗粒高度分散在ZnO纳米片上,尺寸小且均一。Ag负载量为1%的Ag/ZnO(1%Ag/ZnO)催化剂在紫外光照下对苯酚降解表现出良好的光催化活性和稳定性。在经历4次循环实验后,其催化活性仍保持在90%,具有较好的重复使用性。同时,发现Ag纳米颗粒修饰后1%Ag/ZnO催化剂活性要明显优于ZnO纳米片。这活性的增强主要归因于尺寸小和高分散的Ag纳米颗粒作为电子陷阱可有效促进光生电子和空穴的分离。Photocatalytic removal of phenol and its derivatives has received increasing attention since these compounds are often discharged into the environment through wastewater and may cause unpredictable environmental hazards and risks.In this study,porous ZnO nanosheets were initially synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method,and then Ag/ZnO photocatalysts were prepared by the photodeposition method for phenol removal.The effect of different Ag loadings on the photocatalytic activity of Ag/ZnO was also investigated.The obtained structures and photocatalytic properties were systematically characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Brunauer–Emmett–Teller(BET)surface area analysis,and UV–visible spectroscopy.The characterization results show that the ZnO nanosheets have a hexagonal wurtzite structure,high crystallinity,and porous morphology.Ag nanoparticles with small and uniform size are highly dispersed on the surface of ZnO.Photocatalytic results demonstrated that Ag/ZnO with 1%Ag loading(1%Ag/ZnO)exhibits good photocatalytic activity and stability toward the degradation of phenol under UV light irradiation.The photocatalytic activity of 1%Ag/ZnO remained about 90%after the fourth cycle of the reaction,demonstrating good reusability for phenol removal.Moreover,a significant enhancement in photocatalytic phenol removal was observed for 1%Ag/ZnO due to the decoration of Ag nanoparticles,in comparison to ZnO nanosheets.The enhanced photocatalytic activity is mainly attributed to the effective promotion of photogenerated electron–hole pair separation induced by the small-sized and highly dispersed Ag nanoparticles.
