摘  要:某电镀企业含镍漂洗废水月排放量约1 000~1 200 m^(3),废水pH:6.00~8.50、Ni含量:120.58~275.21 mg/L、电导率:420.16~890.75μS/cm,委外处理费用64.00元/m^(3)。在项目用地指标受限的条件下,采用膜分离技术(RO与NF双膜组合工艺)对该类废水进行再生回收处理,再生水水质(pH:6.82~7.39、Ni含量:0.55~0.67 mg/L、电导率:18.13~25.46μS/cm)满足企业回用需求;再生水月平均回用量1 060 m^(3),平均回收率达96.36%,满足企业用水量需求;再生水平均吨水回收净效益59.04元/t,每年可节省750 988.80元的废水委外处理费用,为企业带来较大的经济效益。An electroplating enterprise discharges approximately 1000 to 1200 m^(3)/month of nickel-containing rinse wastewater with a pH of 6.00 to 8.50,a Ni content of 120.58 to 275.21 mg/L,and a conductivity of 420.16 to 890.75μS/cm.The cost of outsourcing treatment for this wastewater reached 64.00 RMB/t.Owing to limited land resources for the project,a combined membrane separation technology(reverse osmosis and nanofiltration)was employed to recycle the wastewater.The reclaimed water's quality(pH:6.82~7.39,Ni content:0.55~0.67 mg/L,conductivity:18.13~25.46μS/cm)met the reuse requirements of the enterprise.On average,1060 m^(3)/month of water was recycled,achieving a recovery rate of 96.36%.The average recycling efficiency was 59.04 RMB/t,reducing outsourcing treatment costs by 750,988.80 RMB per year and providing significant economic benefit.
