摘　　要：档案学是社会大系统中的一个子系统,它与政治、经济、科技、文化、教育等社会各项工作之间都有着千丝万缕的联系,彼此相互制约、相互促进,档案学的发展速度、水平、质量和方向很大程度上取决于经济社会的发展状况。论文结合当代社会各项工作的发展特点,分析了新中国档案学的发展方向,认为档案学与其他学科相互融合的特征将更加突出,档案学的学科体系将更加完备,档案学的资政作用将逐步凸显,档案学的国际合作与交流将更加频繁,档案学基础理论、应用理论与技术相互交错、相互转化的趋势将更为明显。Archival science is a subsystem of the social system which is inextricably linked with all kinds of social work,such as politics,economy,science and Technology,culture,education,etc.They restrict and promote each other.To a large extent,the development speed,level,quality and direction of archival science depends on the state of economic and social development.This paper analyzes the development direction of archival science in New China combined with the characteristics of the development of contemporary social work,thinks the integration of archival science and other disciplines will be more prominent,the discipline system of archival science will be more complete,Archival science will gradually highlight the role of capital and government,the International Cooperation and exchange of archival science will be more frequent,Cross-cutting,mutual transformation of the trend between basic theory and applied theory and technology of archival science will be more obvious.
