发展新质生产力视域下档案文化软实力和档案文化生产力研究的质性分析与前瞻探讨

摘　　要：在发展新质生产力的时代背景下,档案文化软实力和档案文化生产力研究逐渐成为国家文化战略中的重要议题。本文通过对相关文献的质性分析,梳理了现有研究的重点与不足,重点探讨了提升档案馆文化能力、完善档案文化治理体系、激活档案文化价值和推动中国特色社会主义文化繁荣等方面的现状与挑战。本文基于研究数据分析和实践调查分析,提出了未来档案文化研究与实践的前瞻方向,包括强化档案文化软实力与新质生产力的互动机制、完善档案文化治理体系、激活档案文化价值、推动档案文化产业化发展等,为国家文化软实力建设,助力新质生产力发展提供档案文化建设的动力支持。In the context of developing new quality productivity,the research on the soft power and productivity of archival culture has gradually become an important issue in the national cultural strategy.This article conducts a qualitative analysis of relevant literature,summarizes the focus and shortcomings of existing research,and explores the current situation and challenges in enhancing the cultural capabilities of archives,improving the governance system of archive culture,activating the value of archive culture,and promoting the prosperity of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.Based on research data analysis and practical survey analysis,this article proposes a forward-looking direction for future research and practice of archival culture,including strengthening the interaction mechanism between archival culture soft power and new quality productivity,improving the governance system of archival culture,activating the value of archival culture,promoting the industrialization of archival culture,etc.,providing dynamic support for the construction of national cultural soft power and assisting the development of new quality productivity in archival culture construction.
