摘 要:随着生成式人工智能的快速发展,档案用户信息行为呈现出显著变化。本文从生成式人工智能影响视角,系统探讨用户在档案信息获取、利用、生成与共享行为中的特点与变化。首先,分析生成式人工智能对用户行为模式的重塑,包括需求表达方式、互动深度与行为效率的提升;其次,梳理生成式人工智能情境下技术应用过程中暴露的潜在问题,例如隐私安全、信息真实性与技术伦理挑战;最后,预测新动态下未来档案用户信息行为的发展趋势,提出以用户为中心、技术赋能为基础的创新应用策略。本研究对档案学与人工智能技术的交叉研究提供了新的思路,同时为构建数字化时代更高效、更安全的档案管理与服务体系提供参考。With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence,there have been significant changes in archival user information behavior.This article systematically explores the characteristics and changes in user behavior in acquiring,utilizing,generating,and sharing archival information from the perspective of the impact of generative AI.Firstly,it analyzes how generative AI reshapes user behaviour patterns,including the way needs are expressed,the depth of interaction,and the improvement of behavioral efficiency.Secondly,it examines potential issues exposed during the application of technology in the context of generative AI,such as privacy security,information authenticity,and ethical challenges.Lastly,it predicts future trends in archival user information behavior under new dynamics and proposes innovative application strategies based on a user-centered,technology-enabled approach.This study provides new insights into the interdisciplinary research between archival science and artificial intelligence,while offering references for building a more efficient and secure archival management and service system in the digital age.
