病历档案研究成果的定量与定性分析——以《档案管理》载文为例

摘　　要：本研究对1998年至2022年间《档案管理》期刊上的病历档案研究成果进行了定量与定性分析。通过文献计量学和内容分析法探讨了该领域的知识演进和热点。发现病历档案研究呈增长趋势,尤其在电子病历和隐私保护等方面。研究方法由描述性转向实证与理论探讨,显示出学术深度的提升,但跨学科融合及前沿技术应用仍待加强。本研究为学术界和档案管理工作者提供了回顾与建议,促进了病历档案管理的发展与创新。This study conducts a quantitative and qualitative analysis of research outcomes on medical record Archives published in the journal'Archives Management'from 1998 to 2022.Using bibliometrics and content analysis methods,the study explores the knowledge evolution and hot topics in this field.It was found that research on medical record Archives shows a growing trend,particularly in areas such as electronic medical records and privacy protection.Research methods have shifted from descriptive to empirical and theoretical discussions,indicating an improvement in academic depth.However,interdisciplinary integration and the application of cutting-edge technologies need to be strengthened.This study provides a review and suggestions for academia and archive management practitioners,promoting the development and innovation of medical record arch ive management.
