摘　　要：英国的文件管理经验在国际上具有一定的代表性,关注英国政府机构的文件管理工作是了解国际文件管理实践现状的有效途径之一。以英国国家档案馆的信息管理评估项目为切入点梳理英国政府文件管理工作的总体情况,聚焦15个英国政府组成机构的文件管理工作,从文件管理职能设立、政策框架构建、技术支持和治理环境四个维度进行剖析,全方位解构英国政府机构的文件管理框架,系统呈现英国政府文件管理工作全景概况,并结合我国文件管理发展,从治理结构、业务监督、意识强化三个方面提出启示性建议。The UK's experience in records and Archives management is internationally representative to a certain extent.Paying attention to the records management work of UK government agencies is one of the effective ways to understand the current status of international records and Archives management practices.Through the Information Management Assessment(IMA)program conducted by the National Archives of UK,the overall situation of the UK central government's records and information management program is examining,focusing on 15 UK central government consisting institutions.This research conducts an in-depth analysis of the four dimensions,the establishment of records management functions,policy framework construction,technical support and governance situation,which comprehensively deconstructs the records management framework of the UK central government,and systematically presents a panoramic overview of the records management of UK central government.Based on the analysis,it presents insightful recommendations for enhancing governance structure,business supervision,and awareness strengthening in the context of records and archive m anagement development in China.
