摘　　要：科技创新与产业发展是推动新质生产力形成的核心动力和重要载体,金融服务是其发展的关键保障。耐心资本凭借自身的资本特性以及产业金融的服务功能,能够较好地契合科技创新与产业发展的金融要求。应构建耐心资本与产业金融的耦合协调机制,结合系统化运行策略,推动科技成果向产业化和生产力转化,形成“科技—产业—金融”的循环生态。要遵循市场规律,提升资本循环与金融活力;结合股债资本优势,强化企业管理赋能;发挥银行主体作用,统筹产业金融与风险防范;把握技术经济关系,增强产融协作有效性;推动金融改革,强化监管与创新生态匹配;搭建数字平台,推进耐心资本与产业金融技术融合。通过充分发挥“资本之道”与“金融之术”的作用,促进新质生产力的全面发展,为经济转型与升级提供强有力的支撑。Scientific and technological innovation and industrial development are the core driving force and important carrier for promoting the formation of new quality productivity,and financial services are the key guarantee for its development.Patient capital,with its own capital characteristics and the service functions of industrial finance,can better meet the financial requirements of scientific and technological innovation and industrial development.It is necessary to build a coupling coordination mechanism between patient capital and industrial finance,combine systematic operation strategies,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into industrialization and productivity,and form a circular ecology of“science and technology-industry-finance”.We should follow the law of the market to enhance capital circulation and financial vitality.Combine the advantages of stock and debt capital to strengthen enterprise management empowerment;Give play to the main role of banks,coordinate industrial finance and risk prevention;Grasp the relationship between technology and economy,enhance the effectiveness of industry-finance cooperation;Promote financial reform,strengthen the matching of regulation and innovation ecosystem;Build a digital platform to promote the integration of patient capital and industrial financial technology.By giving full play to the role of“the way of capital”and“the art of finance”,we can promote the all-round development of new quality productivity and provide strong support for economic transformation and upgrading.
