摘　　要：我国正式迈入推进乡村全面振兴、加快建设农业强国的新阶段,新型农村集体经济充分发挥比较优势,加快创新发展,将为实现农民农村共同富裕提供有力支撑。立足新型农村集体经济本质与共同富裕目标的契合性,厘清共同富裕视域下发展新型农村集体经济的逻辑基点,破解新阶段下新型农村集体经济发展社区性与开放性、经济性与政治性、行政性与市场性、统一性与分散性的现实矛盾,必须在战略思维、发展模式上实现创新突破,并坚持统筹兼顾的系统思维、维护“三稳”的底线思维、长远发展的法治思维和技术赋能的数字思维,推动新型农村集体经济发展行稳致远。China has officially entered a new stage of promoting comprehensive rural revitalization and accelerating the construction of an agricultural powerhouse.The new rural collective economy fully leverages its comparative advantages and accelerates innovative development,which will provide strong support for achieving common prosperity for farmers and rural areas.We should focus on the compatibility between the essence of the new rural collective economy and the goal of common prosperity,clarify the logical basis for developing the new rural collective economy from the perspective of common prosperity,and solve the practical contradictions between the community and openness,economy and politics,administration and marketization,unity and decentralization of the development of the new rural collective economy in the new stage.In order to promote the stable and far-reaching development of the new rural collective economy,we must achieve innovative breakthroughs in strategic thinking and development models,and adhere to the systematic thinking of overall planning and consideration,the bottom line thinking of maintaining“three stabilizations”,the rule of law thinking of long-term development,and the digital thinking of technological empowerment.
