摘　　要：社区慈善以公益慈善的机制动员社区内外力量,优化社区治理能力,改善社区民生福祉,提升社区归属感和凝聚力。社区慈善承载着中国慈善文化基因,彰显着中国慈善特色,是中国慈善事业高质量发展的方向,也是构建基层治理体系的有力抓手,有其独特价值。经过多年实践,我国社区慈善走出了一条载体和驱动模式多样的“政策引导—行业撬动—社区行动”中国路径,发展成效显著,但问题和瓶颈也开始显现。面向未来,需要进一步明确社区慈善对中国特色慈善事业的价值,继续探索中国社区慈善发展的基本规律,并遵循其运行原理,立足社区、动员社区、服务社区、提升社区,激发其内生动力,建立健全可持续发展的机制。Community philanthropy mobilizes community resources through the public philanthropy mechanism to enhance community governance capacity and improve the well-being of community members,aiming to strengthen community sense of belonging and cohesion.It carries the cultural gene,represents the direction of Chinese philanthropy and is helpful for constructing an effective primary-level governance system.Over the years,philanthropy in Chinese community has developed a distinctive pathway in China of guidance of policy-leveraging from sector-action in community with diverse approaches and varying models.However,emerging challenges suggest a need to continue studying the fundamental principles of community philanthropy.Facing the future,it is essential to adhere to these principles,focusing on grounding in the community,mobilizing community resources,serving the community,and fostering community development,while stimulating its internal driving forces and establishing a sound sustainable development mechanism.
