综合护理策略在脑肿瘤患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于患者中心论及Munro压疮风险评估量表的综合护理策略在脑肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月1日~2024年1月1日收治的208例脑肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各104例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用基于患者中心论及Munro压疮风险评估量表的综合护理策略;比较两组护理质量、护理前后焦虑和抑郁程度[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量[采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]、压力性损伤发生情况及护理满意度。结果:研究组护理质量、EORTC QLQ-C30评分均优于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组压力性损伤发生率及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于患者中心论及Munro压疮风险评估量表的综合护理策略在脑肿瘤患者手术室管理中的应用效果显著,能降低压力性损伤发生率、提高患者满意度、提升医疗质量和安全性、促进患者康复。Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing strategy based on patient-centered theory and Munro Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment Scale in patients with brain tumor.Methods:A total of 208 patients with brain tumors admitted from January 1,2023 to January 1,2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a study group and a control group by the random number table method,with 104 cases in each group.The routine nursing care was adopted in the control group,and the comprehensive nursing strategy was implemented in the study group based on patient-centered theory and Munro Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment Scale.The nursing quality,anxiety and depression(SAS and SDS)before and after nursing,quality of life(EORTC QLQ-C30),incidence of pressure injury and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing quality and EORTC QLQ-C30 score in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).After nursing care,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing care(P<0.05),and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of pressure injury and nursing satisfaction in the study group were lower and better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing strategy based on patient-centered theory and Munro Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment Scale has a significant application effect in the operating room management,which can reduce the incidence of pressure injury of brain tumor patients,improve patient satisfaction,medical quality and safety,and can promote patient rehabilitation as well.
