ROY适应模式护理对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术后患者负性情绪及疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术后患者采用ROY适应模式护理对其术后负性情绪及术后疼痛的影响。方法:选取2021年1月1日~2023年12月1日收治的96例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术后患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例,对照组给予常规术后护理,观察组给予ROY适应模式护理;比较两组术后1、7 d负性情绪[采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、生活质量[采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)],两组术后1、3、7 d疼痛情况[采用疼痛数字评分法(NRS)]。结果:术后7 d,两组SCL-90、BAI及HAMD评分均低于术后1 d(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);术后7 d,两组WHOQOL-BREF中各维度评分均高于术后1 d(P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);术后7 d,观察组NRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:针对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜手术患者,ROY适应模式护理能够改善其术后负性情绪状态,同时有效缓解术后疼痛水平,并综合提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the effects of ROY adaptation model nursing on postoperative negative emotion and pain in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 96 patients who underwent nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps from January 1,2021 to December 1,2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The negative emotional state using SCL-90,BAI and HAMD and quality of life using WHOQOL-BREF in 1 and 7 days after operation,and the pain(NRS)in 1,7 days after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 days of operation,the scores of SCL-90,BAI and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those after 1 day of operation(P<0.01),and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The scores of all dimensions in WHOQOL-BREF in the two groups after 7 days of operation were higher than those after 1 day of operation(P<0.01),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The NRS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in 7 days after operation(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:For patients with nasal endoscopic surgery,ROY adaptation model nursing can significantly alleviate their postoperative negative emotional state,effectively relieve the postoperative pain,and comprehensively improve their quality of life.
