摘 要:随着建筑节能政策的推行,泡沫水泥浆作为一种新型建筑材料,其应用日益广泛。但泡沫水泥浆的高孔隙率特点将对其结构强度产生一定影响。以P.O 42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥作为基体材料,以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)作为掺杂相,制备了不同HPMC掺量的泡沫水泥浆,并通过试验探究了不同HPMC掺量对泡沫水泥浆流动度、抗压强度、抗折强度、吸水率以及孔隙结构的影响。试验结果表明:掺入HPMC能够减小泡沫水泥浆的流动度,但HPMC掺量达0.02%以后继续添加HPMC,泡沫水泥浆的流动度变化不大;泡沫水泥浆的抗压强度随HPMC掺量的增加先增大后减小,在HPMC掺量为0.02%时达到峰值;泡沫水泥浆的抗折强度随HPMC掺量的增加先减小后增大;泡沫水泥浆的吸水率随HPMC掺量的增加先降低后升高,HPMC掺量为0.02%时达最低值;泡沫水泥浆的孔隙直径在掺入HPMC后明显减小,同时由于HPMC具有细化孔隙的作用,因此泡沫水泥浆孔隙数量随HPMC掺量的增加而增加。With the implementation of building energy conservation policy,foamed cement slurry,as a new building material,has been widely used.But the high porosity of foamed cement slurry will have a certain effect on its structural strength.The foamed cement slurries with different hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)contents were prepared by using P.O 42.5 grade Portland cement as the base material and HPMC as the doping phase.The effects of different HPMC contents on the fluidity,compressive strength,flexural strength,water absorption and pore structure of foamed cement slurry were investigated through experiments.The results show that the fluidity of foamed cement slurry can be reduced by adding HPMC,but the fluidity of foamed cement slurry has little change after adding 0.02%HPMC.The compressive strength of foamed cement slurry first increases and then decreases with the increase of HPMC content,and reaches the peak value when the HPMC content is 0.02%.The bending strength of foamed cement slurry decreases first and then increases with the increase of HPMC content.The water absorption of foamed cement slurry decreases first and then increases with the increase of HPMC content,and reaches the lowest value when the HPMC content is 0.02%.The pore diameter of foamed cement slurry decreases significantly after adding HPMC.At the same time,the pore number of foamed cement slurry increases with the increase of HPMC content because HPMC has the effect of thinning pores.
