摘  要:冷再生微表处技术有助于实现城市道路资源的可持续发展,是一项具有推广应用价值的绿色养护技术。通过精细分离技术获得的富油RAP细料因其加热添加困难而未能被高质化应用。鉴于此,首先对不同富油RAP细料掺量下的冷再生微表处混合料的配合比进行研究,然后通过试验分析了富油RAP细料掺量对冷再生微表处混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:富油RAP细料的掺入可以提升冷再生微表处混合料的施工和易性、减少水和改性乳化沥青的使用量;与全新料冷再生微表处混合料相比,掺有30%富油RAP细料的冷再生微表处混合料的早期强度发展延缓了约30 min,抗水损害性能降低明显,抗滑性能有所降低,封水性能无明显变化。本研究不仅可为精细化分离后富油RAP细料的应用途径提供理论支持,还可为冷再生微表处技术在实际工程中的应用提供参考。Cold-recycling micro-surfacing technology is helpful to realize the sustainable development of urban road resources,and it is a green maintenance technology with popularization and application value.High quality application of oil-rich RAP fines obtained by fine separation technology cannot be realized because of the difficulty of heating addition.In view of this,firstly,the gradation and mix ratio of cold-recycling micro-surfacing mixture under different oil-rich RAP fine contents were studied,and then the influence of the oil-rich RAP fine content on the pavement performance of cold-recycling micro-surfacing mixture was analyzed through experiments.The results show that the addition of oil-rich RAP fines can improve the construction workability of the cold-recycling micro-surfacing mixture and reduce the usage of water and modified emulsified asphalt.Compared with the coldrecycling micro-surfacing mixture without oil-rich RAP fines,the early strength development of the cold-recycling micro-surfacing mixture with 30%oil-rich RAP fines is delayed for about 30 min,the water damage resistance is significantly reduced,the skid resistance is reduced,and the water sealing performance is not significantly changed.This study can not only provide theoretical support for the application of oil-rich RAP fines after fine separation,but also provide reference for the application of cold-recycling micro-surfacing technology in practical engineering.
