摘 要:基于2005—2021年上海关于科技创新及智慧化城市建设的相关数据,运用熵权法、VAR模型、广义脉冲响应函数及方差分解进行实证分析,测算2005—2021年上海科技创新能力与智慧城市发展水平,并深入探讨两者之间的动态关联机制。结果表明:①2005—2021年上海科技创新能力和智慧城市发展水平呈现总体上升趋势,2010年之后,科技创新赋能智慧化城市建设的效果逐渐凸显,上海城市智慧化建设水平超过科技创新能力。②科技创新与智慧城市建设对彼此均有显著的正向驱动作用,但此效应随着时间推移逐渐减弱。③智慧城市对科技创新的反哺作用总体上高于科技创新进步对智慧城市的推动作用。Based on the relevant data about scientific and technological innovation and smart city construction in Shanghai from 2005 to 2021,the entropy weight method,VAR model,generalized impulse response function and variance decomposition are used to conduct empirical analyses to measure the scientific and technological innovation capability and smart city development level in Shanghai from 2005 to 2021,and the dynamic correlation mechanism between the two is explored in depth.The results show that:①Shanghai’s scientific and technological innovation ability and smart city development level show a general upward trend from 2005 to 2021.After 2010,the effect of scientific and technological innovation empowering the construction of smart city gradually comes to the fore,and the level of Shanghai’s urban smart construction exceeds the ability of scientific and technological innovation.②Scientific and technological innovation and smart city construction have a significant positive driving effect on each other,but this effect is gradually weakened over time.③The feeding effect of smart city on scientific and technological innovation is generally higher than the promotion effect of scientific and technological innovation progress in promoting smart city.
