摘 要:文章根据减压阀的性能指标以及热流固耦合理论,运用Fluent软件对气动减压阀的流场进行仿真分析,获得了阀芯与壳体在气体压力和工作温度下的变形量,从而确定它们配合间隙的最终值。同时,研究了减压阀工作过程中内部流场的变化情况,探讨了内部流场与减压阀结构之间的耦合特性,发现减压阀节流口处有负压产生,通过合理设计阀座倒角有效减小了负压数值。研究结果为减压阀结构设计与实际生产提供了理论指导和技术支持,有助于提高减压阀的加工质量并降低生产成本。According to the performance index of pressure relief valve and the theory of thermo-fluid-structure coupling,the flow field of pneumatic pressure relief valve is simulated by using the Fluent software,and the deformation of valve core and shell un⁃der gas pressure and working temperature is analyzed to determine the final value of their matching clearance.At the same time,the change of the internal flow field in the working process of the pressure relief valve is studied,and the coupling characteristics between the internal flow field and the pressure relief valve structure are discussed.It is found that negative pressure is generated at the throttle of the pressure relief valve,and the negative pressure is effectively reduced by changing the chamfer of the valve seat.The research results provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the design of pressure relief valve in actual produc⁃tion,and help to improve the processing quality and reduce production costs.
