摘　　要：目的:探讨调督理筋针刺联合推拿对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者腰椎功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取南昌市洪都中医院2022年12月至2024年5月收治的LDH患者100例,按随机数表法分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组予推拿治疗,观察组予调督理筋针刺联合推拿治疗。比较两组治疗效果、腰椎疼痛程度、血清炎症指标、腰椎功能及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗2周后观察组疼痛数字表法(NRS)评分、血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平较对照组低,治疗后随访1个月日本骨科学会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各项评分较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LDH患者采用调督理筋针刺联合推拿治疗效果较好,可减轻腰椎疼痛,降低炎症反应,改善腰椎功能及生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of Du Meridian Tendon acupuncture combined with massage on lumbar function and quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 100 LDH patients admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to May 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(50 cases)and an observation group(50 cases)using a random number table.The control group received massage treatment,while the observation group received Du Meridian Tendon acupuncture combined with massage treatment.The therapeutic effects,lumbar pain level,serum inflammatory markers,lumbar function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the numeric rating scale(NRS)score for pain,the serum levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score for lumbar function and the World Health Organization quality of life scale-brief form questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at one month of followup after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of LDH with Du Meridian Tendon acupuncture combined with massage is effective,it can reduce lumbar pain,decrease inflammatory responses,and improve lumbar function and quality of life.
