中药封包对肩关节脱位患者复位后疼痛程度及关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究中药封包对肩关节脱位患者复位后疼痛程度及关节功能的影响。方法:选取2023年2月至2024年5月于郑州市骨科医院进行复位的90例肩关节脱位患者,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上行中药封包干预。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、关节功能、肩关节活动度、满意度。结果:复位后2周观察组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);复位后3个月观察组患者Constant-Murley肩关节评分比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);复位后3个月观察组患者前屈上举、外展上举活动度均比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意度比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包可缓解肩关节脱位患者复位后疼痛程度,改善其肩关节活动度及关节功能,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine sealing package on the degree of pain and joint function in patients with shoulder dislocation after reduction.Methods A total of 90 patients with shoulder dislocation who underwent reduction at Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from February 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine sealing package intervention in addition to the control group’s treatment.The pain level,joint function,range of motion of the shoulder joint,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analog scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 2 at weeks after reduction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Constant-Murley shoulder joint score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months after reduction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The range of motion in forward flexion and abduction of the shoulder joint in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 3 months after reduction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine sealing package can alleviate the degree of post-reduction pain in patients with shoulder dislocation,improve their range of motion and joint function,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care.
