超微经皮肾镜碎石术治疗角形肾结石的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨超微经皮肾镜碎石术治疗角形肾结石的临床情况。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2024年1月在广州新海医院接受经皮肾镜碎石治疗的角形肾结石患者资料。以不同治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采用常规肾镜治疗,观察组采用超微肾镜治疗。比较两组患者临床指标;术后4周,统计两组患者术后并发症的发生率及结石清除率。结果:观察组患者术中出血量、术后24 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,术后下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,结石清除率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超微经皮肾镜碎石术可提高结石清除率,减轻患者术后应激反应程度,保护肾脏组织,促进患者术后恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical situation of the treatment of angular kidney stones by ultramicro-percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.Methods The data of patients with angular kidney stones who received percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in Guangzhou Xinhai Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into a control group and an observation group with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nephroscopy,and the observation group was treated with ultramicroscopy.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Four weeks after operation,the incidence of postoperative complications and stone clearance rate of the two groups were analyzed.Results The intraoperative blood loss and 24 h visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the time of getting out of bed after operation was earlier than that of the control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the stone clearance rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultramicro-percutaneous nephrolithotripsy can increase the stone clearance rate,reduce the degree of postoperative stress reaction,protect the kidney tissue and promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
