伏立康唑药物相互作用致药物不良反应文献分析

摘　　要：目的探究伏立康唑药物相互作用致药物不良反应的发生特点及规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法以“伏立康唑”和“相互作用”等为检索词,检索时间为建库至2024年3月11日,检索中国知网、PubMed和Web of Science等数据库,对文献进行统计分析。结果本研究共搜集64篇文献,共68例患者,其中男45例(66.2%),女23例(33.8%);40~60岁17例(25.0%),60~80岁24例(35.3%);肿瘤类药物种类最多,共16例(23.5%);血药浓度升高有59例(86.8%);涉及的器官和系统主要为消化系统(14例,20.6%),其次为神经系统(12例,17.7%)。结论伏立康唑可以与多种药物发生药物相互作用,从而引起药物不良反应。Objective To explore the characteristics and patterns of adverse drug reactions caused by drug interactions with voriconazole,providing references for safe clinical use.Methods Using"voriconazole"and"interaction"as search terms,the search period was from the establishment of the database to March 11,2024,and databases such as CNKI,PubMed,and Web of Science were searched to conduct statistical analysis of the literature.Results A total of 64 articles and 68 patients were collected,including 45 males(66.2%)and 23 females(33.8%);17 cases(25.0%)were aged 40~60,and 24 cases(35.3%)were aged 60~80.The types of tumor drugs were the most diverse,with a total of 16 cases(23.5%).There were 59 cases(86.8%)of elevated blood drug concentration.The organs and systems involved were mainly the gastrointestinal system(14 cases,20.6%),followed by the nervous system(12 cases,17.7%).Conclusion Voriconazole can interact with multiple drugs,leading to adverse drug reactions.
