基于专利数据挖掘的抗体药物产业集聚态势分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]抗体药物产业受到全球范围重视,产业集聚态势对于理解地区经济发展、企业竞争与合作、创新能力提升以及政策制定具有重要意义。因此,探明抗体药物产业集聚态势显得尤为重要。[方法/过程]本研究基于抗体药物专利数据挖掘,运用莫兰指数等空间分析方法,从空间全局角度分析全球前五国家和中国前五省市抗体药物产业集聚态势,并以广东省为例,从产业链和细分领域维度分析抗体药物产业集聚态势。[结果/结论]研究发现,全球药物研发由欧美企业主导;全球前五国家抗体药物产业技术集中度表明,中国和日本表现出较高的集中度,而美国和加拿大则表现出较低的集中度。在中国,抗体药物专利申请量前五的省市(江苏、上海、北京、广东、浙江)呈现出分散趋势,表明中国这些地区在抗体药物产业的专利申请上没有形成明显的地理集中现象。从产业链空间特征来看,广东在抗体药物产业链的上游和中下游均呈现分散趋势,不同细分领域在地理空间上的集聚特征不明显,表明广东抗体药物产业尚未形成明显的区域性集群。[Purpose/Significance]The antibody drug industry has received worldwide attention.The trend of industrial agglomeration is of great significance for understanding regional economic development,enterprise competition and cooperation,innovation ability improvement and policy formulation.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the agglomeration trend of antibody drug industry.[Method/Process]Based on antibody drug patent data mining,this study uses Moran’s Index and other spatial analysis methods to analyze the agglomeration trend of antibody drug industry in the top five countries in the world and the top five provinces and cities in China from a global perspective.Taking Guangdong Province as an example,this paper analyzes the agglomeration trend of antibody drug industry from the dimensions of industrial chain and subdivision field.[Result/Conclusion]The study shows that global drug research and development is dominated by European and American enterprises;the technological concentration of the antibody drug industry in the world’s top five countries shows that China and Japan show higher concentration,while the United States and Canada show lower concentration.In China,the top five provinces and cities(Jiangsu,Shanghai,Beijing,Guangdong,Zhejiang)in the number of antibody drug patent applications show a decentralized trend,indicating that these regions in China have not formed obvious geographical concentration in the patent applications of the antibody drug industry.From the perspective of the spatial characteristics of the industrial chain,Guangdong shows a decentralized trend in the upstream,middle and lower reaches of the antibody drug industry chain,and the agglomeration characteristics of different subdivisions in the geographical space are not obvious,indicating that the antibody drug industry in Guangdong has not yet formed a clear regional cluster.
