镍钴锰三元正极材料专利的发展现状及专利运营情况研究

摘  要:[目的/意义]随着电动汽车的快速发展,目前商用锂离子电池的能量密度很难满足储能市场日益增长的需求,通过了解锂离子电池正极材料的发展趋势、研发动态以及国际竞争态势,对我国相关产业的研究发展方向、高价值专利布局提供参考。[方法/过程]本文基于镍钴锰三元正极材料的相关专利申请数据,从镍钴锰三元正极材料专利申请、技术流向、细分技术分支、重要申请人、国内专利运营等方面对该领域专利信息进行挖掘解读。[结果/结论]结果表明,镍钴锰三元正极材料仍具有强劲的发展趋势,但中国申请人在相关专利布局和运营方面略显不足,专利技术地域集聚性明显,应将高镍三元正极材料作为重点技术布局方向,针对关键核心技术专利加大海外布局力度,推动国内东西部均衡协同发展,加强产学研相融合,促进专利转化应用。[Purpose/Significance]With the rapid development of electric vehicles,the energy density of commercial lithium-ion batteries is difficult to meet the growing demand of the energy storage market.In order to provide reference for the development directions of related industries and high-value patent layouts in China,the development trend,research direction and international competition situation of ternary cathode material for lithium-ion batteries are studied.[Method/Process]Based on the relevant patent application data of Nickel-Cobalt-Manganese(NCM)ternary cathode materials,this paper analyzes patent applications,technology trends,technological types,important applicants and patent operation.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that NCM ternary cathode materials still have a strong development trend globally,but Chinese applications are slightly insufficient in related patent layout and operation,and the regional agglomeration of patent technology is obvious.It is pointed out that high nickel ternary cathode materials should be taken as the key technical layout direction,the overseas layout of key core technology patents should be intensified,and promote the balanced development of the eastern and western regions and strengthen the alliance between industries and universities,so as to promote the transformation and application of patents.
