摘 要:粉尘控制技术是降低粉尘对施工人员与机械设备损伤的关键手段。系统回顾地铁隧道施工过程中粉尘控制的研究进展,主要包括粉尘运移规律的研究及各种粉尘控制技术的应用。通过分析粉尘多参数时空演化规律,揭示粉尘运动路径、扩展机制及沉降特性,为优化粉尘控制技术提供科学依据;介绍了通风除尘、除尘器除尘、化学防尘、喷雾降尘、泡沫除尘及磁化水除尘等技术,对比分析各项技术的优缺点,并对未来粉尘控制技术的研究方向提出展望。综合运用多种防尘技术,不仅能有效降低粉尘浓度,同时能提高施工安全及环保水平。Dust control technology is the key means to reduce the damage of dust to construction personnel and mechanical equipment.The research progress of dust control in subway tunnel construction is systematically reviewed,including the study of dust migration law and the application of various dust control technologies.By analyzing the temporal and spatial evolution law of dust multi parameters,the dust movement path,expansion mechanism and settlement characteristics are revealed,which provides a scientific basis for optimizing dust control technology.The technologies of ventilation and dust removal,dust removal by precipitator,chemical dust prevention,spray dust reduction,foam dust removal and magnetized water dust removal were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of each technology were compared and analyzed,and the research direction of dust control technology in the future was put forward.The comprehensive application of various dust prevention technologies can not only effectively reduce the dust concentration,but also improve the construction safety and environmental protection level.
