回火处理对3Cr17NiMoV模具钢力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘  要:热处理是提高模具钢综合性能的有效途径,以3Cr17NiMoV模具钢为研究对象,利用电子万能拉伸试验机、夏比摆锤冲击试验机、硬度测试仪,以及进行质量分数为3.5%NaCl溶液浸泡试验和电化学测试等手段,分析回火处理对3Cr17NiMoV模具钢力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,500℃高温回火处理较300℃中温回火处理更适宜用于提高3Cr17NiMoV模具钢的塑韧性;500℃回火处理后3Cr17NiMoV模具钢的强度降低了5.92%、维氏硬度降低了4.30%,但延伸率提高了10.39%、冲击功增长了23.45%;500℃回火处理略微降低了3Cr17NiMoV模具钢的耐腐蚀性能,质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中浸泡14 d时,腐蚀速率由9.56 mm/a增大至12.75 mm/a、腐蚀电流密度由3.09×10^(-6) A/cm^(2)增大至4.56×10^(-6) A/cm^(2);回火处理达到了改善3Cr17NiMoV模具钢塑韧性的目的,但略微降低了其耐腐蚀性能。因此,在工程实践中需综合考虑热处理工艺,以平衡模具钢塑韧性及耐腐蚀性能。Heat treatment is an effective way to improve the comprehensive properties of mold steel.3Cr17NiMoV mold steel was taken as the research object.The effects of tempering treatment on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 3Cr17NiMoV mold steel were an-alyzed by means of electronic universal tensile testing machine,charpy pendulum impact testing machine,hardness tester and mass fraction 3.5%NaCl solution immersion test and electrochemical test.The results show that high temperature tempering at 500℃is more suitable for improv-ing the plasticity and toughness of 3Cr17NiMoV mold steel than medium temperature tempering at 300℃.After tempering at 500℃,the strength of 3Cr17NiMoV mold steel decreased by 5.92%,the Vickers hardness decreased by 4.30%,but the elongation increased by 10.39%,and the im-pact energy increased by 23.45%.Tempering at 500℃slightly reduces the corrosion resistance of 3Cr17NiMoV mold steel.When the samples im-mersed in mass fraction 3.5%NaCl solution for 14 d,the corrosion rate increased from 9.56 mm/a to 12.75 mm/a,and the corrosion current den-sity increased from 3.09×10^(-6) A/cm^(2) to 4.56×10^(-6) A/cm^(2).The tempering treatment achieves the purpose of improving the plasticity and toughness of 3Cr17NiMoV mold steel,but slightly reduces the corrosion resistance.Therefore,the heat treatment process should be considered comprehensively in engineering practice to balance the plasticity and toughness and corrosion resistance of mold steel.
