摘 要:低流量水平井中,油水两相流由于井斜、流量和含水率的变化,其流型和速度场的改变使解释产出剖面测井数据变得更加困难。采用数值模拟方法对低流量近水平井段中的油水两相流动进行了详细研究。通过建立VOF多相流模型,研究了不同井斜角度(85°、90°、95°)、总流量(20 m^(3)/d、40 m^(3)/d、60 m^(3)/d、80 m^(3)/d)和含水率(30%、50%、70%、90%)对管道内油水两相流动特性的影响。研究结果表明:低流量近水平井中油水两相流体在流管中均表现为层状流动。随着流量和含水率的变化,在不同井斜条件下,滑脱现象和油水界面位置及速度分布均显著变化,上坡流时油相高速、持水率增加;水平流时滑脱现象随流量增加而显著;下坡流时水相速度高于油相且滑脱速度为负。模拟结果为低流量近水平井生产测井资料解释提供了一定的理论基础。In low flow horizontal wells,the variation of oil-water two-phase flow pattern and velocity field makes it more difficult to interpret the output profile logging data due to the variation of well inclination,flow rate and water cut.The oil-water two-phase flow in low flow near horizontal wells is studied in detail by numerical simulation method.By establishing a VOF multiphase flow model,the effects of different well angle(85°,90°,95°),total flow rate(20 m^(3)/d,40 m^(3)/d,60 m^(3)/d,80 m^(3)/d)and water cut(30%,50%,70%,90%)on the two-phase flow characteristics of oil and water in the pipeline were studied.The results show that both oil-water two-phase fluids in low flow near horizontal wells are stratified flow in flow tubes.With the change of flow rate and water content,the slippage phenomenon and the position and velocity distribution of oil-water interface change significantly under different well inclination conditions.In horizontal flow,the slippage phenomenon is significant with the increase of flow.The water phase velocity is higher than the oil phase and the slippage velocity is negative in downhill flow.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the interpretation of output profile logging in low flow wells with different inclinations.
