摘  要:针对尿素水解制氨反应液中缩二脲含量测定问题,通过采用分光光度法测定缩二脲与特定试剂反应后的吸光度,建立了缩二脲含量的精确测定方法。实验过程完整,包括原料测定、标准曲线绘制等,确保了方法的准确性和可靠性。研究结果表明,该方法准确度高、重复性好,能有效测定尿素水解过程中缩二脲含量的变化。此外,通过与传统化学分析法对比,进一步验证了分光光度法的优势。为尿素水解制氨反应液中缩二脲含量的测定提供了新的技术手段,对优化生产工艺、控制产品质量具有重要意义。In order to determine the content of urea in the reaction solution of urea hydrolysis to produce ammonia,a precise method for determining the content of biuret was established by using spectrophotometry to measure the absorbance of biuret after reacting with specific reagents.The experimental process is complete,including raw material determination,standard curve drawing,etc.,ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the method.The research results indicate that this method has high accuracy and good repeatability,and can effectively determine the changes in biuret content during urea hydrolysis process.In addition,the advantages of spectrophotometry were further validated by comparing it with traditional chemical analysis methods.This provides a new technical means for determining the content of biuret in the reaction solution of urea hydrolysis to produce ammonia,which is of great significance for optimizing production processes and controlling product quality.
